FRAH (Front for Humanitarian Action) is a humanitarian organization committed to improving the living conditions of vulnerable populations, with special attention to people with disabilities. Driven by its social commitment, it positions itself as a key player in the fight against exclusion by implementing structural initiatives for education, training, and social and professional integration FRAH is an organization based in Senegal, led by Dr. Souleymane GADIAGA, a professional and Arabist with visual impairment who works to improve the quality of life for people, particularly those with visual disabilities. It works for the promotion of disabled individuals, their rights, and to improve their living conditions. FRAH also focuses on vocational training, integration, volunteering, and coordinating efforts with partner organizations to achieve its objectives.
Fields of Action
FRAH operates on several fronts to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities and vulnerable populations. Its fields of action reflect a global commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and respect for human rights:
Advocacy for the Rights of People with Disabilities
Raising awareness among decision-makers and the general public about issues related to the rights of people with disabilities, while supporting beneficiaries to become advocates for their own rights.
Professional Training
Providing technical and professional training aligned with labor market requirements to enhance beneficiaries' employability and economic autonomy.
Social and Professional Inclusion
Helping vulnerable individuals integrate into society and the workplace through partnerships, internships, and inclusive projects.
Inclusive Education
Enabling every individual, regardless of their limitations, to access quality education tailored to their specific needs, building a strong foundation for an autonomous future.
Health and Well-being
Ensuring access to tailored health services and psychological support to improve the physical and mental well-being of people with disabilities.
